Event teams usually need furniture, exhibition structures, tents, screens and site facilities at the same time yet those requirements are traditionally split across four or five suppliers, each with its own pricing, transport and delays.
CD Business Group Ltd was built to remove that friction. We hold the inventory ourselves 1,000 conference chairs, 1,000 shell scheme panels, VIP and VVIP lounges, pagoda tents up to 10x10m, smart TVs and stage lighting and we deliver and install it with our own team. Your booth, seating, carpet and screens arrive as one coherent setup.

Principles we don't compromise on
Transparent pricing. Every quotation is written, itemised and 18% VAT inclusive. Rates are per day, with discounts for bookings over two days and the same price for local and international events.
Reliability by design. Delivery and installation are planned into every job from the start, not treated as an afterthought. Stock levels are published in our catalogue so you know availability before you ask.
Functional layouts. We plan booths and floors around movement, visibility and comfort operational thinking first, decoration second.
We buy at the source, so you rent the best
The equipment we rent out is not bought from middlemen. We work directly with the manufacturers visiting their factories, inspecting materials and agreeing specifications before anything ships to Kigali.
Our aluminium pagoda tents come from Guangzhou Hengnuo Tent Technology Co., Ltd, a specialist tent factory we visited in person to select frames, PVC grades and fittings. The same factory-direct approach covers our furniture, booth systems and AV equipment.
